A new chicken fingers restaurant called Raising Cane’s opened in Elk Grove, and serves fresh quality chicken finger meals.
Raising Cane’s offers a variety of chicken combo meals. These combo meals include the box combo, the 3 finger combo, the caniac combo, the sandwich combo and the kids combo.
While there are some differences between the meals, all of them include the basic components of chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, a drink and the restaurant’s specialty, Cane’s sauce.
In the box combo meal, the chicken fingers have a soft texture and are mild. When you take the first bite, it leaves a warm fresh feeling in your mouth.
Compared to the crunchier chicken at Popeyes, Raising Cane’s chicken is much softer. The softness of the chicken from Raising Cane’s makes it easier to chew and it’s flavorful when you dip it in the Cane’s sauce.
Raising Cane’s also has a variety of sauces that you can get for your combo meal, including honey mustard, hot sauce and Cane’s sauce. The Cane’s sauce is the signature dipping sauce and tastes of mayonnaise and pepper.
The chicken and crinkle-cut fries taste delicious with the Cane’s sauce because the Cane’s sauce adds a nice flavor to the meal.
The atmosphere inside Raising Cane’s has a unique and bold look. The ceiling is decorated with disco balls, and on the back wall on the far right of the building, there is a wall decal that says, “Eat And Be Happy.” The word “Eat” is written in large print and colored in red.
Raising Cane’s also has many pictures hung up on the walls, such as an NFL player and the names of the high schools in the Elk Grove Unified School District. There is outdoor seating available for customers and drive-thru.
Raising Cane’s is located at 9164 E Stockton Blvd. The hours are Sunday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. and Friday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 a.m.
