Avani Kumar, Editor-in-Chief
Avani Kumar is the Editor-in-Chief for The Connection. She is 19-years-old and is majoring in journalism. She joined the staff because she wrote for her highschool newspaper, and loves having the ability to tell someone’s story through her writing. After The Connection, she plans on transferring to UC Irvine where she will continue her journalism studies. Outside of The Connection, she is interested in reading, watching tv, taking care of her niece and nephews and spending time with people she loves.
