Melina is a Staff Writer for The Connection and she is a 19-year-old journalism major. She has always been passionate about human connection and sharing voices through an explorative medium like journalism. After her time at The Connection, she plans to transfer to a 4-year university, with the end goal of a career in a newsroom. Outside of the staff, she enjoys spending time with friends, family and dabbling in portrait style photography.
